"Gift for my sons second birthday, and not only does he love it but I do as well. I keep it in the car for those moments when he's as frustrated with traffic as I am. Has really helped teach him the stop, go, and turn concept. Still gets a kick when both of us "stop" the car at the same time. I think this toy wold probably be better suited for someone under two but he sure enjoys it."

Great Toy For Infants

"We purchased this for Christmas for our 5 month old son. He has loved it since the day he opened it, and it has been nearly a month! It is one of the few toys he has that will keep his interest for over a minute. He loves to hold the shift knob because it causes the toy to vibrate. I love that the vibrate feature is not noisy like other similar toys. Our 3 year old also enjoys playing with this toy sometimes. The only thing I would suggest, is adding an "off" switch somewhere on the product. I have bumped into it a few times at night and it goes off, but I still give it high ratings!"

"My son is not even a year old yet and got so many new toys for Christmas. We only opened one toy at a time for him to play with in case we decided to return any of the extras. This was one of the first to come out of its box because we couldn't get him to leave it alone! We set it on the floor and races across the room for it and tackles it. I love that there is an off switch as well as two volumes. He is well on his way to becoming the next big race car driver!"

"When my daughter turned 6 mos old, I decided to upgrade her toy selection. I took her to the store to "test drive" several toys. She loved this toy the most. We've had the toy for a month now, and she plays with it enough that I've replaced the batteries once. She will sit and play with this toy for a half hour at a time. She can turn the wheel, pull the shifter, turn the key, and of course honk the horn. There are several "songs" that are played, all of which I can now sing, in English and Spanish. She likes when the car "rumbles" and is a fan of the little bunny in the speedometer area which moves when the wheel turns. She does like to knock it over in order to chew on the turn signals, so I spend time putting it right side up. My daughter can sit and play with the toy or she can lie on her belly and still play. This is helpful for a little one that is still working on sitting up on her own. The toy's rectangle shape is a little hard for her to get her legs around when she is sitting up, so it usually ends up sitting on one side of her. I can also put it in her lap, on her legs. She weighs 16 lbs, and she is able to lift the toy and put it to her side."

"Toy is not stable. It tips over easily with minimal pressure. Infant cannot experience the full benefit of the toy due to this problem. It is a little too light weight, which reduces its stability."
