"This swing uses batteries, lots of them. I have tried many different brands of batteries and same thing. I get maybe 4 hours of use with each battery change. My 2 month old son loves the swing but I simply cannot afford to feed it! It will vibrate forever on the vibrating battery (1 D) but the swing batteries (4 C's) last for a couple days. It does not have very much cushion either. My son is only about 10 pounds, well under the 25lb weight limit so I am unsure why the batteries die so quickly. It would be a good swing if you have a battery recharger or could plug it in. I do not recommend it unless you have many C batteries lying around and just want to use them up or you are rich."

"We did not want a lot of baby gear to clutter our small home and cart around move after move. However, everyone told us that a swing is a must. They were right and this one is fabulous. My son talks to the animal pictures on the fabric. It cleans up easily and I love the songs chosen by the manufacturer."

Cute, Colorful, but....

"I got this swing for my baby shower. My daughter is 3 months and she loves to swing. I like this swing a lot but I do hate the fact that she isn't even close to weight capacity and it seems like the swing doesn't want to do it's job. The only time it really swings well is when I replace the batteries and if we give it a rest for a couple of days. All in all I like the swing because she likes it but I wish I would have paid the extra money to get the full size swing instead of the travel/space saving swing."
