Lacking durability

"This toy is great in concept but lacking in durability. First day home and one of the gate arms has to be forced open and the leg of the figure fell off. Tried to put back together and keeps falling off. Small piece but instant disappointment to a 4 year old. Our other imaginext toys and figures have been great."

Christmas present didn't make it to day 2 :(

"all my son wanted for Christmas was imaginext toys. Especially the Robot Headquarters. You should have seen his face when he opened it up! We were all thrilled to have been a part of the Christmas magic this toy brought. As soon as the Robot was out of the box the front door that lets the figure enter into the robot snapped off. We quickly snapped it back in, but this happen everytime we opened the robots front door. Later Christmas day, My son was rolling the robot on the sidewalk outside...the robot fell over and the front door snapped off and flew into the rain gutter. My son's brand new Christmas present NO longer has the front door (which is the main characteristic to the the robot) and is heart broken. We can not get the the door out of the rain gutter as it is covered by the bars and there are inches of wet leaves and nastiness in there. I am very dissapointed at the quality of THIS imaginext toy, we have bought several other imaginext toys in the past and have been very please with all of them."
