Our design and engineering teams put a lot of thought and energy into creating engaging toys, so we are sorry that you are disappointed with this toy. We work hard to exceed consumer expectations, and we thank you for sharing your opinions with us.

worst purchase ever
January 24, 2012
"I bought this tent, etc. for our grandsons for Christmas this year and it has already found its way to the garage. The tent/backpack is flimsy, hard to convert, and as a tent it is too small for even one of our grandsons to fit into. We have other tents which house 3 grandsons at one time. This "thing" won't even hold one. I was very disappointed in the quality, size, and durability of this product."

Daughter loves it
June 7, 2011
"My daughter got this as a gift from her Grandma after finishing 1st grade. My daughter had seen this in a Fisher-Price catalog she found laying around the house. She absolutely had to get this.
The product went together very easily (though it is slightly confusing at first which way the tent needs to flip).
The frame joints running through the tent can catch when your flipping either open or closed. This is not a big deal for myself or even a larger child, but my daughter has had trouble with it a few times already.
Otherwise I think this is a great pretend toy. She is already off on another "adventure journey".

Backpack & tent wonderful
May 30, 2011
"I bought this for my 3 yr. daughter and as soon as she open it on her birthday, she could hardly wait for daddy to set it up for her. Now she takes her baby dolls camping and has a blast in it. She loves the fire log and how she can cook and roast her hot dog. She can't quite fold it up but that will come in time. I knew this would be a hit for her because my two oldest kids that are now 20 and 17 yrs old had them back when they were young and they had so much fun with them. I also bought one for my 16 month old and when he is older we will give him his. I can't say enough good things about this product. It is a must have."
