My Daughter Loves It

"My daughter loves the little people princess castle and the princesses. It has a couple of minor issues. The elevator is hard to move, the flags come off, and her Rapunzel sometimes thinks she's Ariel. She doesn't care about the elevator, I just let her take the flags off no big deal, and Rapunzel is the only one out of all hers that messes up. I do wish they'd add Merida, Mulan, and Pocahantas and that they'd have prince Naveen, Flynn Ryder, prince Phillip, Shang (with mulan), Snow White's prince, and John smith or John Rolfe with pocahantas."

"All the complaints about this toy is also true for me but it's really no big deal for my little one!
1.the flags come off - "I'll fix it!" My daughter likes to think she's big enough to fix things...
2.songs aren't consistent with the characters - she just cares about the songs...she'll sing along regardless. She KNOWS her Disney characters
3.the elevator is hard to push up/down - I just told her that it's kinda like a roller coaster in the castle. Now she goes "hold on tight!!"

EVERYONE LOVES this toy! (Even our 7-year-old neighbor that only plays with super heroes, cars, and legos)
Some suggestions if this toy is being updated:
1.add more of the Princes to show playing "dollhouse" is not just for girls. My nephews enjoyed playing with my daughter acting out some scenes from the movies!
2.add Pocahontas and Merida
3.maybe make the elevator electric ??
If these changes are made, I definitely would buy it again...and still keep our existing castle!"

"My daughter loves this toy. She isn't at all interested in Disney Princesses yet, but loves Little People. She got this for Christmas and it worked great at first. Now all of a sudden it has started saying the wrong phrases and songs for the characters. My daughter looks confused when they say the wrong thing and gets frustrated trying to find one that says/sings what she wants to hear. Tiana is my daughter's favorite, but she doesn't say her phrases anymore. It would be nice for the male characters to say phrases and sing too."

"My daughter got this toy for Christmas. There is not a single day that has passed that she has not played with it. She loves it!!! Each princess has their own songs/phrases which she knows by heart. I love to walk in and finding her singing along. We have had so much fun playing with this as a family. We have many of the princesses, but plan on purchasing the rest of the collection now that we know how much she likes this toy. She is almost 3 and will be entertained for the foreseeable future by this toy. Then we will pass it onto a lucky friend to enjoy once she has outgrown it."

"My girls got it just for doing a great job on there chores and they love it. Even there 11 year old sister sits down and plays with them. We bought a lot of the extra boxes of princess and they have so much fun with. I think that is is very well made and very colorful."

We love our princess castle!

"Although I do agree it is a little difficult to put together, I did it myself. Both my three-year-old and one-year-old love playing with this castle and enjoy the sounds. The "elevator" is a little hard to push up and down but the girls don't seem to mind. We also got many of the princesses, I don't know if it's a flaw with the castle or just our Rapunzel doll, but Rapunzel plays both her own AND Ariel's songs and sayings. I do wish they had included other songs for the princes and dwarfs but we love it non-the-less!!!"

"Lots of things to do, put princess to bed, have them sit at a table, turn the handle to get them to dance, have them tell you their name, open door for music, push down on tea pot for music. Good interaction. Suggest you also buy the big pack of princess so you have more little people to use in it. (only you will get duplicates of snow white and cinderella!!! Strange how they did that.) They should take out the ones that come with the castle and put in others that don't.
Or you could buy a couple others in the pairs.
Don't recommend the vehicles - not so well made."

"My daughter really loves the palace but I think she would enjoy if the star inside the castle was interactive and the clock on the outside. I think that if there were other places in the castle where you place the princess to sit also be interactive it would be more fun and it would keep children's attention longer. Why do the prince figures not interact also? My daughter is really disappointed with that! We also have the cinderella coach and ariel's coach. My daughter really likes them but she would like the horse to come off the cinderella coach. She gets very frustrated with that! I hope you will make improvements on this collection!"

"My two kids love the palace and all of the characters that go with it they play with it for hours at a time...however, My son and daughter play with the toy together and my son is upset that the Prince's don't talk or sing while on the dance floor like the Princess' do. There is not all of the Prince's available for purchase to match their Princess counterparts and Mulan & Pocahontas are not available Princess' for purchase, yet there are two kinds of Cinderella's and Ariel's. Also the elevator is hard to go up and down, and the flags don't stay attached. Other than that I think it's worth the purchase!"

"My daughter received the castle as a Christmas gift... She loves it, but has a really difficult time with the elevator on the outside??? Is it supposed to be hard to maneuver?

"We got this for Christmas and 4 extra pairs of princesses/princes. My daughter loves it and it was her favorite gift, but after 3 weeks several,of the figures are no longer recognized properly and only play waltz music (aurora and tiana and one other) This castle with additional figures is a pricey toy for how shortly it worked correctly.
It's so cute though. Hopefully, we can solve the issue with the product."

"Fun and enjoyable gift for my 2yr old daughter for xmas! She plays with it all the time and loves it! She has a couple complaints "mommy the boys are broken"....all the girls sing,but the princes do nothing. The boys should sing and talk too....also sometimes her cinderella says "my name is Ariel"....makes her laugh, but is confusing to her! We bought the Little Mermaid seashell too. This will be a gift that will be entertaining for years!"

"We love this castle!!! Every princess says multiple phrases. My daughter plays with this on a daily basis. She is also learning about more princesses then I have introduced. I have a few complaints. The flags on top of the castle do not stay on and the princes do not say anything or play the music from the movie they are in. They only play the generic castle theme. Last complaint, the dwarfs also don't do anything. :( I bought all the accessories. My daughter loves using the carriages to take the princes and princesses to the castle for the ball. I hope Fisher price adds Mulan and Merida for the castle."

"We got this for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas, and she is in love with it. She plays with it probably a minimum of 5 hours a day. Her pretend play has gotten so much better in the few weeks we've had it. We got 4 more princesses so she has several to make interact. They all speak and sing their lines perfectly. I do wish the flags stayed on better, and there was a Jasmine. My daughter always comments how she doesn't have Belle or Jasmine. But it's been a huge hit at our house, replacing her constant asking for shows to watch, so I can't really complain about anything!"

Jimmy's Favorite Castle

"My SON (read: not a typo!) is crazy about all things Disney, including the Princesses. He celebrated his 2nd bday at CInderella's Castle with all of his favorites last year. Santa brought the palace and Grandma and Grandpa gave him all of the princes and princesses to go with it. He absolutely loves it! I love to hear his little imagination go wild as he makes all the characters talk to one another. Our only complaint (straight from Jimmy's mouth)--"Snow White doesn't sing the right song!" She sings a song I've never heard...not from any Disney movie we've ever seen. Otherwise we are completely satisfied!
And P.S. Why do Tiana and Rapunzel come packed together? Jimmy is also looking for Flynn and Prince Naveen."

"I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loves it. She also got the Belle/Beast characters to go with it. She had to leave the toy here because her family was in the process of moving, so she has not had alot of chances to play with it. However, she is back now, and today she tried to play with it and the dance floor plays only one song, no matter who is in the spot that activates the sounds. No princess speaks or sings anymore. I am very disappointed, to say the least! It is a fabulous idea, but I cannot recommend this to others. It has been less than a month and the palace has been very little used. There is no excuse for such poor performance."

"Bought this for my then 2 year old for Christmas and she absolutely loves it!! Her birthday is 2 weeks later and we bought all the extra characters! She has played her little heart out with this toy. It was easy to put together, and in the 3 weeks of non stop play, only once did one of the characters say the wrong thing. I recommend it!"

"My daughter just got this castle for her birthday and she LOVES it. She plays with it all day. I think it's pretty awesome too but she won't let me play with her! I only have two complaints. 1-the flags come off too easily and she freaks out every time she knocks it into something and they come off. 2, my big complaint- Rapunzel says both her lines/songs AND Ariel's, more often Ariel's than her own. Which is annoying because Rapunzel is one of my daughter's favorites and she likes to sing along with her song. I'm disappointed in that, but I couldn't be happier that my daughter has been entertaining herself with something other than watching princess movies all day. Overall, any little girl that likes princesses will be in love with this toy!"
