"I bought these several years ago when my son was barely one. I would hand them to him, one by one, to let him look at the interesting contents of each blog and enjoy the jiggling, the moving trains, swinging monkeys, etc. They are durable enough to withstand throws. As he got older we used them for speech therapy to work on letters. Now he's turning 4 and doing preschool and we STILL get these wonderful blocks out and enjoy going through them. They're so delightful, well made, durable, just a classic. I'm really surprised at the poor reviews. We've used ours for over 3 years now and enjoy them immensely, highly recommend!"

does NOT go with incrediblock!

"I purchased these blocks because they are shown on-line & in the catalog with the incrediblock. I was under the impression that these blocks would also say the name of the object in the block when placed on the top of the incrediblock. Wrong! when i placed the "A" or airplane block on the incrediblock it said "dog." very disappointed."

Fun Blocks

"My 12 month old daughter enjoys playing with these blocks. She likes looking at the different figures inside of the blocks. She especially likes the blocks that make sounds or have movable parts. The only way I could see to improve this product would be to have more of the blocks make sounds or have movable parts. Also, you can stack these blocks on top of each other but they do not connect so your child will not be able to build with them."
