"My son LOVES this bear! His little head has a rattle in it and it holds his interest very well. It even kept him from shedding a single tear when he got his four month shots. My pediatrician recommended getting two more of them and swapping them out at even intervals so they wear evenly and fade evenly, so he never knows the difference."
