"We purchased this with three other sets so that our 3 1/2 and 2 year old would be distracted from the Lionel train set we set up under the Christmas Tree. Better to give them something they CAN play with rather than set out something they can't, right? They loved these sets, they loved the music, Santa, the reighndeer, etc. They loved pushing the sign on the top (which we didnt notice you could do until 2 weeks into ownership) to hear Santa say "Ho, ho ho!".
A great toy, we can't wait to bring it out again next Holiday season as part of our kid friendly Christmas Village."

"When my granddaughters' smile, I know its a hit! They have improved on this toy from past reviews. The dog in the present stayed put on ours also and the reindeer and sleigh stayed together well. My two year old granddaughter had no trouble working Santa on the chimney, my one year old will have the dexterity next year, I am sure. They sat together and played instead of fighting because there are so many different elements of the toy that each had something to keep them busy. We LOVE our new Christmas Little People Sets! Thanks for a great product, and so endearing, love the little peoples' faces!"

Cute Christmas playset

"This is a nice little Christmas playset. In my set, (bought Dec 2011), the dog in the gift doesn't come off so I've had no problems with losing parts. The reindeer seems to stay in its harness well enough-I can pick up the sleigh and the reindeer stays attached. Maybe they have fixed these concerns from last year.
This is not the most exciting toy by itself but it's a great, durable set for little imaginations to make up their stories. I'm glad to have it in our Christmas collection. A decoration the kids are welcome to play with! :)"

"I bought this for my kids before Christmas, they were 2 yrs and 10 mths old. I was a little disappointed, they played with it a little but didn't have a big interest in it. The harness and sled doesn't stay very well on the reindeer and I wish the dog didn't come off from the package as it is now missing. Overall the quality is good, just doesn't keep their interest."

"I bought this for my 2 year old. He has only had it for one day, but he loves it! He seems to enjoy it a lot more than the Little People Nativity set that I gave him a week ago. He loves being able to push buttons and hear different Christmas songs and different sayings. The door is a little hard to open and shut and the button (beside the chimney) to make Santa talk is very different for my son to pull forward. He doesn't quite get the concept, especially since it turns 360 degrees while trying to pull it. Overall, he loves it and it keeps him entertained!"
