Nice idea that doesn't work!

"They toy looks great, bought it for my son's 4th birthday, he loves all Toy Story toys... unfortunately it simply never worked, even after we changed the factory included batteries. We've tried resetting it, shaking it as shown in the instructions, yet nothing made it run, not even the sounds! Too bad! I think had it worked as promoted in the packaging my son would've loved it!"
